Dundee Full Remodel

A full top-to-bottom renovation in South San Francisco — new structure, new systems, and a custom cedar sauna built from scratch.

This was a ground-up renovation covering nearly every part of the home. We opened up framing and foundation cavities to address structural work, re-sided the entire exterior in fiber cement over Tyvek HomeWrap, and repainted the whole house. Inside, the kitchen was rebuilt around a large quartz island lit by an overhead skylight, paired with all-new white shaker cabinetry. A floor-to-ceiling pantry and laundry wall added serious storage without taking over the room. One of the standout features is a fully custom cedar sauna, framed and finished in-house — interior benches, slatted walls, and cedar flooring all built on site. Bathrooms got new poured floors, bedrooms were redrywalled and painted, and the backyard was finished with a new deck, patio, and turf lawn. We even built out a detached workshop on the property to support the rest of the build. This project ran the full range of what we do — framing, finish carpentry, custom builds, and exterior work — all on one property.
