A dramatic dark-and-light kitchen built around a Calacatta marble waterfall island, with custom espresso-oak cabinetry running the full length of the space.

This kitchen anchors the home’s main floor. We ran custom rift-cut oak cabinetry in a deep espresso finish floor to ceiling, then balanced all that dark tone with a bright Calacatta marble waterfall island and a full-height marble slab backsplash behind the professional gas range. The layout opens cleanly into the bay-window living room and connects to a built-in wet bar with wine storage. A new white oak staircase and wide-plank floors carry the same material language through the rest of the floor. Precision was everything here — every cabinet run was laser-leveled and clamped on site for tight, seamless reveals.
